Job Role:
• Prepare monitoring report for daily trending and reconciliation of Voice & SMS for Domestic Interconnect, International Wholesale Voice, Roaming ( Voice, Data & SMS )
• Prepare data for investigation by creating data analysis for the reconsiliation to trace leakage issue
• Making list of documented procedure for processes on repeated assurance on existing control points and for any new control points.
Qualification:
• Min. Bachelor degree from reputable University, preferably major in Informatics or Telecommunication
• Possess data handling skill
• Having abilities to extract data and generate analysis
• Having strong communication skills either verbal or written
• Ability to work in a team with great commitment
Experience:
• Having a similiar experience in Revenue Assurance domain with good E2E telecom knowledge is an advantage
• Good level of understanding or having field operational experience in IT, NW system of telcommunication
Skills:
• Experience in utilizing Oracle Database and SQL Server
• Good working knowledge of SQL
• Having good understanding in text programming i.e JAVA
• Strong skill in working with complex dataset using MS Excel and MS Access
• To be conversant with ACL Tool would be an advantage
