Sejarah Ketenagalistrikan di Indonesia dimulai pada akhir abad ke-19, ketika beberapa perusahaan Belanda mendirikan pembangkitan tenaga listrik untuk keperluan sendiri. Pengusahaan tenaga listrik untuk kepentingan umum dimulai sejak perusahaan swasta Belanda N.V. NIGM memperluas usahanya di bidang tenaga listrik, yang semula hanya bergerak di bidang gas. Kemudian meluas dengan berdirinya perusahaan swasta lainnya.

• Mechanical Engineering (Code: S1 / MES)

• Industrial Engineering (Code: S1 / IND)
• Diploma III graduate majoring in:
• Electrical Engineering, Powerline, Electricity Power System (Code: D.III / ELE)
• Power Low, Electronics, Instrument, Control (Code: D.III / ALE)
• Mechanical Engineering (Code: D.III / MES)
• Civil Engineering (Code: D3 / SIP)
• Marketing Management, Trade Administration, Business Administration (Code: D.III / NIG)
• Marketing Management, Trade Administration, Business Administration, Office Administration (Code: D.III / ADM)
Qualifications
• Not married and willing to not get married during Diklat Prajabatan
• Born in 1989 or thereafter for Bachelor degree / Diploma 4 graduate
• Born in 1991 or thereafter for Diploma 3 graduate
• Minimum GPA 2.75 for S1/ELE, S1/MES, S1/SIP, S1/IND, D.III/ELE, D.III/ALE, D.III/MES, D.III/SIP positions
• Minimum GPA 3.00 for D.III/NIG, D.III/ADM positions

• Will be graduated no later than May 2015
• Attach Surat Keterangan Sedang Mengerjakan Tugas Akhir / Skripsi when applying
• During the selection process, if there is a data mismatch, the applicant will be knocked out
Selection Tests:

• Academic and English Tests
• Psychological Test and Group Discussion
• Medical Check Up (for applicants with disabilities, special requirements imposed in accordance requirements and regulations)

• Diklat Prajabatan
• The order of selection process may change according to the PT PLN (Persero) needs
• The selection stages (Documents Screening – Interview) will be held in Medan, Pekanbaru, Banjarmasin, Kupang, Jayapura
